Getting Ready

The nursery is finally starting to look like a baby room!

Matt did a great job painting the dresser and once I get the hardware painted, it will be ready to use. Thank you Heather and Devin for the dresser donation!

We finally got our crib!
We traded in Matt's 11 year old truck last weekend for a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado. Now we have a car that will hold a baby seat! Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the car when it was all shiny and not covered with snow :)

26 Weeks

It is hard to believe that it has already been nearly 7 months. We had our last scheduled ultra sound and everyting looks completely normal :) We can't wait to finally meet her.
We have been very busy the last few weeks getting the nursery ready. I finally finished clearing out the closets and Matt has been busy painting and setting up the crib.

New York

After years of "planning" to visit New York, we finally decided to make the trip before traveling becomes a little more challenging :) We had an amazing time. Thank you Becky and Mark and Lissa and Brandon for putting us up and making the trip possible!

At the top of the Empire State Building. Amazing!

Although we were prepared for frigid New York winter weather, we were lucky and missed it by a week. We were greeted with cold but overall beautiful weather

Matt and I enjoying Central Park.

The dinosaurs at the Natural Museum of History were incredible.

Matt found a picture he matched at the MET :)

Brandon and adorable baby Ed. He is such a happy little guy. I loved playing with him.

New Years in Calabash

Matt and Grandpa Miller (surprised from a handful of flour to the face) cooking Stromboli's for New Year's Eve Dinner.

New Year's Dinner!
I ate enough to ensure lots of health, wealth, wisdom, and luck for 2010 :)
