18--19 Months

Tori's talking is really starting to pick up this month. She is repeating lots of words and babbling constantly. I especially love listening to her read books because she puts so much emotion into the babbling it truly sounds like talking. If only I could understand her Special language :)

Getting ready for China kept us busy this month, but we squeezed in some playground visits, went to a car show, and had a playdate at Discovery Place Kids. We also practiced cooking together and made some Thanksgiving crafts. Tori is becoming quite the little helper!

Tori riding on Daddy at the car show.

Tori loves being outside. She would stay out all day, even in the cold. Lucky for me it has been a warm winter so far :)

Tori with Soco's leash...she loves walking him!

Tori walking on the trail behind our house. It follows a small creek and ends at a horse pasture. It is hard to keep her off of it:)

Tori is on a mission...finish the trail, finish the trail.

Soco has become such a good, patient big brother.

Discovery Place Kids is a huge activity center for children. Tori particulally like the water table and grocery store.

Tori loved the huge water table. She wore a waterproof apron, but still managed to splash enough water on her that she had to change clothes :)

Tori had a blast pushing her cart through the store and filling it with groceries.

Tori helping me pack for China. Sooooo helpful!

Tori is very excited about recieving mail.

Playing the drums!
